The New Year is quickly approaching – time to set resolutions for a happier, healthier year ahead. In the meantime, consider celebrating with the community at First Night Worcester for a truly exciting way to ring in the new year.
What Is It?
According to First Night Worcester, the mission of this night is to “cultivate the creation, understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of the arts through educational programs, community partnerships, and an innovative, diverse, and high quality New Year’s Eve arts celebration.” In a nutshell, you can expect exciting creative activities for the whole family to enjoy, including the following:
- A diverse lineup of music and entertainment, including Rory Scott Band, Alison Fraser, Crocodile River Music, and more
- A fireworks show set off from Bell Hill at 10:15pm
Where Can I Find It?
Performances and activities will be held in a variety of Worcester locations, all easily accessible from the MAPFRE Trolley. Check for details on their event program.
When Is It?
Beginning December 31st and carrying over through NYE to the new year, the event begins at 10:00am on New Year’s Eve day.
