Are you and your significant other overdue for a night on the town? Could you use some culture that cannot be streamed through the internet? Look no further than the Davis Museum of Wellesley College, which will be hosting a reception in celebration of its fall exhibits, from 5 to 7 p.m., on Wednesday, September, 16, 2015. The event will be free to the public, and will feature exhibits, which will run from September 16 through December 13, 2015. The museum is located at 106 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02481. The Davis Museum’s fall exhibits are to include:

- Measuring the World: Photography, Geography and Description
- Sight Unseen: The Davis Reveals its Hidden Tapestries
- Farideh Lashai: Only a Shadow
There will also be a discussion of the Measuring the World exhibit, at 3 p.m., Thursday, October 1, 2015. During this talk Gruber Curatorial Fellow Ileana L. Selejan will discuss the challenges of working with such diverse photographic material, which has been curated from around the world.
