On Saturday, June 30, amateur and seasoned runners can take part in a fun 5K or 10K race, and help raise funds for Franciscan Children’s hospital. The Franciscan Children’s Road Race in West Roxbury will help generate money, support, and attention to a group provides valuable pediatric medical care. In addition to competitive races for adult runners, kids will be welcomed to take part in a fun race where they can walk, run, or wheel their way down the course. Runners are encouraged to hang out after their race concludes, as there will be a number of fun post-race activities. Those activities will include live music and refreshments.
When:
The Franciscan Children’ Road Race will take place on the morning of Saturday, June 30. The race will take place from 9 am until 12 pm.
Where:
The races will be held at Millennium Park, which is located at 300 Gardner Street, West Roxbury, MA.
