Have you ever been interested in participating in yoga classes but are afraid you won’t be able to keep up with the more advanced students? Well the Simmons Farm is not only offering yoga classes for beginners and regular practitioners alike every Tuesday from 6pm to 7:30pm. The yoga class will be among the nature around the farm, including the young goats who will be there to act as a therapeutic stress relief from the daily grind of life.

Let Go And Let Goat

The goat yoga class is accessible to everyone; there is no yoga experience is required. The class is practiced outside in a designated area that will include a gorgeous, panoramic view of the wide open space at Simmons Farm in Middletown, RI. It is recommended that you wear layers and bring an exercise mat, blanket, a pillow of some sort, and water. Classes are being offered on Tuesdays evenings 6-7:30pm and Thursday mornings 10-11:30am, May through September, weather-permitting. It is $20 per person, first come first serve, limited to 40 participants per class.
