What Is It?
This is the Saturday Morning Birdwalk for Families event. You can expect to enjoy a leisurely stroll with your family members, while you learn more about birds local to your community. From the chirping lovelies that are present in the Wildlife Sanctuary to those that you may see near your very own neighborhood, this is an event that will give you the chance to learn more about identifying these species. It’s recommended that you bring the following items if you have them:
- Binoculars
- Walking shoes
- Field guides
- Clothing that is comfortable to wear for a walk in the great outdoors

- Adult Non-Member: $8 per person
