On Saturday, September 9, you and your family can spend a lovely day out at Lake Quinsigamond, and enjoy the return of the Lake Quinsigamond Boat Parade! Returning due to popular demand, the parade welcomes area boat-lovers to bring out their specially decorated craft and join in the fun out on the lake. This year’s theme is music, so participants are encouraged to use their favorite band, instrument, or song as inspiration for their decoration. In addition to the parade, you can check out the wooden boat show in the morning, and enjoy an afternoon filled with live music. Prizes will be awarded to boats based on creativity.
When:
The Lake Quinsigamond Boat Parade will take place on Saturday, September 9. The wooden boat show will run from 9 am until 2 pm. The boat parade will run from 2 pm until 3 pm. There will be live music ongoing from 12 pm until 6 pm.

The event is taking place at scenic Lake Quinsigamond.
