Explore The Ward House Museum Before The Season Ends!

Shrewsbury residents can explore the history of the area by visiting the Ward House Museum. The house, built in the early 1700s, has served as a historical record for the Ward family, which includes our first commander-in-chief of the American Revolution. The house serves as a means of connecting to the past, but it also spends much of the year open as a museum to the public. However, as of November 30, the Ward House Museum will conclude its season of operation. Until then, Shrewsbury families are encouraged to visit, and enjoy the exhibits and artifacts contained within. There is no cost for admission.
